You can permanently delete your MUSHROOM account and personal data at any time, either from inside the app or from this page. You do not need the app installed to make a request.
Your account is deactivated immediately and queued for permanent deletion.
Email us from the address linked to your account and we will process the deletion request within 7 business days.

Your account and associated personal data are fully removed from our active systems within 30 days of a confirmed deletion request. Some information may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period before being purged on our standard backup rotation schedule.
